pune accident news today – Prashant Patil, the lawyer of the accused Vedant Aggarwal said, “Maja Ashila Vedant Aggarwal has been arrested in the case registered at Yerwada police station. The Hon’ble Court was kind enough to grant bail to my client on certain conditions. We have full confidence in the investigation and will continue to cooperate with the police authorities. My client is bound to abide by the strict terms of the Hon’ble Court. We will attend the proceedings and await the outcome of the investigation. ”

Investigation by Pune Police has revealed that Vedanta is a minor. 17 years and eight months old, attended a party at Q Bar and Cafe in Koregaon Park. Anis Kurdiya and Ashwini Koshta died in the accident which took place at 2.30 am on Sunday near Landmark Society in Kalyaninagar.

The minor was accompanied by two friends and his driver. Despite the presence of his driver, the minor insisted on driving the car himself, leading to a fatal accident. This incident has raised a question as to how the minor was allowed into the bar.

According to the police, the minor had just passed his 12th examination from a CBSE board school and decided to celebrate with friends. They went to Q Bar and Cafe in Koregaon Park, but it is not yet clear how the minor gained entry to the bar.

The minor’s father had recently purchased a new Porsche car, which was not yet registered with the RTO and thus without a license plate. The minor drove the car to a bar and decided to return home after the party. While driving recklessly, he lost control of his vehicle near Landmark Society on Kalyaninagar-Airport Road and rammed into the motorcycle of Anees Kudiya and Ashwini Koshta.

A case has been registered against the minor under Sections 279, 304(a), 337, 338 and 427 of the IPC and Sections 184 and 119/177 of the Motor Vehicle Act. The complaint was filed by 24-year-old Aqib Ramzan Mulla, a resident of Chandannagar and a native of Solapur. Assistant Inspector Vishwanath Todkari is investigating.
