Consumption of this Panipuri water affects the stomach and intestines. Not only this, eating Panipuri with synthetic colour can also cause fatal diseases like intestinal cancer. Chemicals like Brilliant Blue, Sunset Yellow and Tartrazine have been found in Pani Puri samples in Karnataka, which can be the biggest cause of health problems.
