Maharashtra cadre trainee IAS Pooja Khedkar is in the news these days. Pooja Khedkar is accused of showing fake disability and OBC certificates to qualify the UPSC civil services exam. Pooja gave this exam in 2021 and her all India rank was 821. It is alleged that probationary IAS officer Pooja Khedkar also allegedly misused power, due to which Pooja has been transferred to Wasim.

The chat shows that she told the officer, “Please complete the work on the cabin or the vehicle before I join on June 3. You won’t get time later. If this is not possible, let me know, I will talk to the collector sir about this.” The district collector raised these unusual demands with the chief secretary, in her report she suggested that it would be inappropriate to continue Pooja Khedkar’s training in Pune and said that this could lead to administrative complications.
Pooja offered to use the VIP hall as cabin
Though the officer offered her own chamber, the collector’s report states that Pooja Khedkar declined it due to the lack of an attached bathroom. Before joining, Pooja Khedkar went to the office with her father Dilip Khedkar and together they proposed to use the VIP hall next to the mining department as her cabin.
