Summer Special Trains: It has been decided to extend the service duration of special trains to decongest the railway passengers. There has been no change in the timings and stops of these trains. To get more information about timings and stops of special trains, railway passengers can visit www.enquiry.indianrail.gov.in. Northern Railway has announced the extension of summer special trains. Northern Railway issued a statement saying that Indian Railways has decided to continue running 13 summer special trains till July 31.
According to media reports, the frequency of several summer special trains has been increased for the convenience of the general public, for the convenience of rail passengers and to reduce overcrowding.
Northern Railway expanded these trains
1 – Train No. 09425/09426 running between Sabarmati and Haridwar will make additional trip from 11 July 2024 to 31 July 2024. This train will make a total of 6 trips in both directions.
2 – Train No. 09195/09196 running between Vadodara and Mau will make four more trips on Saturdays and Sundays till 31 July 2024.
3 – Train No. 09417/09418 connecting Ahmedabad and Danapur will make five trips on Mondays and Tuesdays till the end of July.
4 – Train No. 09557/09558 running between Bhavnagar Terminus and Delhi Cantt has been extended for four trips on Fridays and Saturdays till 31 July 2024.
5 – Train number 09405/09406 running from Sabarmati to Patna has been extended for five trips on Tuesdays and Thursdays till the end of July.
6 – Train No. 09097/09098 running between Mumbai Bandra Terminus to Sridevi Katra will run four more trips on Sundays and Tuesdays till 31 July 2024.
7 – Train No. 09525/09526 connecting Hapa and Naharlagun (Itanagar) has been extended for five trips on Wednesdays and Saturdays till the end of July.
8 – Train No. 09183/09184 running from Mumbai Central to Banaras has been extended for five trips on Wednesdays and Fridays till 31 July 2024.
9 – Train No. 09309/09310 running between Indore and Hazrat Nizamuddin will make eight additional trips on Fridays, Sundays, Mondays and Saturdays till the end of July.
10 – Train No. 09075/09076 running between Mumbai Central to Kathgodam has been extended for five trips on Wednesdays and Thursdays till 31st July 2024.
11 – Train No. 09189/09190 connecting Mumbai Central and Katihar will make four more trips on Saturdays and Tuesdays till the end of July.
12 – Train No. 09523/09524 running from Okha to Delhi Sarai Rohilla will be extended for five trips on Tuesdays and Wednesdays till 31st July 2024.
13 – Train No. 04137/04138 running between Gwalior and Barauni will make eight trips on Sunday, Wednesday, Monday and Thursday from 7th July 2024 to 1st August 2024.
