Bail Granted : The Pune Sessions Court has granted bail to the father of the minor accused in Pune’s Porsche case, following arguments presented 10 days ago.

Grandfather’s Arrest: Surendra Agarwal, the grandfather of the accused, was arrested for threatening and pressurizing the family driver, Gangaram, to take responsibility for the accident. CCTV footage confirmed that Surendra kidnapped and confined the driver in his bungalow.

Driver’s Role During the Accident: At the time of the accident, driver Gangaram was in the Porsche driven by the intoxicated minor accused. Despite the driver’s warnings and a call to the father, Vishal Agarwal, the father instructed the driver to hand over the keys. After the accident, Vishal Agarwal pressured Gangaram to claim responsibility for the incident.

Had gulped down liquor worth 69 thousand rupees

According to the police, the accused first went to Cozy Pub with his friends. When the service of drinks was stopped there after 12 o’clock at night, he left for Marriot Pub with his friends. Before leaving, he paid a bill of 69 thousand rupees in the pub. Then he gulped down liquor worth 21 thousand rupees in Marriot Pub as well. Builder Vishal Agarwal was arrested by the police for giving the keys of the car to his minor son.
