Woman and 4 children drown in waterfall Lonavala Accident: A major accident has occurred near Bhushi Dam in Lonavala area of Pune, Maharashtra. 5 people have drowned in the waterfall near the dam. According to information received, this includes a woman and 4 children.
Police and rescue team have recovered 2 bodies. Search and rescue operations are underway. Pune SP Pankaj Deshmukh while giving information said that the operation is being conducted for help and rescue. He said that all the five people who drowned in the waterfall were residents of Syed Nagar, Pune. All these people belong to the same family.
