This is a unique story of crime. It starts with an accident. A mini truck hits a person sitting near his house. Both the legs of the victim are broken. Then the accused driver starts pressuring the accident victim to withdraw the case. The victim refuses to bow down to the pressure. In return for this refusal, exactly 71 days after the accident, this story takes a terrible turn.
The angry accused driver enters the victim’s house and shoots him from a very close distance. That is, the victim is killed, but the killer driver is caught on the spot. This entire story written above is an open and shut case. That is, a crime that happened in front of everyone’s eyes. Everyone saw everything happening, testified and the culprit was caught on the spot with blood stained hands. But they say that what is visible is not always the truth.
Sometimes the truth is beyond that, but is not visible. This case is something like this. Now, after two and a half years, there has been a twist in this case which has surprised not only the people associated with this case but also the policemen who investigated this case, arrested the culprit and sent him to jail. Because the person whom the police had considered the murderer till now was actually just a pawn in this murder.
He was only given a contract to commit the murder. This was a conspiracy of murder which was divided into two parts. Plan A and Plan B. That is, shifting to the second plan after the failure of one plan, that is, to implement it. But how was this mystery hidden behind an open and shut case revealed? So the answer is, because of a WhatsApp message from Australia, 8621 kilometers away from the place of incident, i.e. Panipat in Haryana.
What was that Plan A and Plan B? Who was the real murderer? What was the identity of the person who sent the message from Australia? What was written in the message? And what is it in this case that surprised people? So let’s go back about two and a half years to understand this story. This conspiracy starts with Plan A. 5 October 2021. It was evening time. Vinod Barara, who runs a computer institute in Sukhdev Nagar area of Panipat, Haryana, was sitting near the gate of his colony. But unfortunately, he became a victim of an accident while sitting near the house.
A speeding mini truck hit him hard. This collision was so terrible that both of Vinod’s legs were broken. He had to spend a long time in the hospital. Meanwhile, the police arrested the truck driver who had hit Vinod. He was a man named Dev Sunar alias Deepak, a resident of Bathinda, Punjab. But exactly 15 days after this incident, truck driver Deepak suddenly reached Vinod’s house in Panipat one day.
He started requesting Vinod to compromise in this matter and ask him to withdraw the case. But call it Vinod’s anger or something else, he refused to withdraw the case. But nobody had thought that Vinod’s refusal would cost him his life. Exactly 56 days after his refusal to compromise, that is, on December 15, a horrific incident happened. The accused driver suddenly came to his house again.
Before anyone could understand anything, Deepak entered the house and bolted the door from inside. This time he had a pistol in his hand. Seeing this person enter the house, Vinod’s wife and children started shouting. Neighbors also came. The door was closed, so they could not help immediately and driver Deepak shot Vinod in the head and waist from very close range. Vinod died on the spot due to this attack.
