Pune Bhushi Dam Accident News: A woman and two girls drowned in a waterfall near the backwaters of Bhushi Dam in Lonavla area of ​​Pune. A 40-year-old woman, a 13-year-old boy and an 8-year-old girl died in this incident. Here, a family swept away in the Bhushi Dam was enjoying the monsoons. It is said that three children between the ages of 4 and 9 years are missing and the search for them is on.

The Ansari family was enjoying the monsoon at the forested backwaters above Bhushi Dam. Lonavala Police informed that five persons were swept away in Bhushi Dam.

Tourists are coming to Lonavala from all corners of the state. Meanwhile, the incident took place at 1.30 pm on Sunday, after which rescue personnel reached the spot. Pune Rural Superintendent of Police Pankaj Deshmukh said that two 6-year-old girls and a 4-year-old boy are missing in this incident. The bodies of a 40-year-old woman and a 13-year-old boy have been found.

The local SP, in a statement, said they were members of the same family and slipped into a waterfall about two kilometers from Bhushi Dam, where they drowned. The children in this incident are missing and search is on for them.
