Pune Porsche accident: The Porsche car, allegedly driven by a minor, rammed into the motorcycle of the victim, traveling at a speed of approximately 160 kmph, police sources involved in the investigation said on Monday.

A 17-and-a-half-year-old son of a realtor in Pune was killed on the spot when a speeding Porsche car rammed his motorcycle, engineers Anish Kadiya and Ashwani Koshta, working in Pune’s Kalyaninagar area. Early Sunday morning in Yerawada area
Speaking to The Indian Express, a police officer involved in the investigation said, “We are trying to determine whether the number plate was not issued to the car or was issued and whether it was removed before or after the incident”.
The police have also obtained CCTV footage which shows the car being driven at high speed. The CCTV footage shows the victim’s bike taking a U-turn on the Kalyani Nagar-Airport road, followed by a gray Porsche speeding away. Although the video does not show the accident, passengers are seen running towards the path of the car immediately after the car zooms by.
Earlier in the day, Pune Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar told reporters that they also have CCTV footage from two restaurants where the boy was drinking with friends late on Saturday.
After the post-mortem at Pune’s Sassoon General Hospital, the bodies of Kurdiya and Koshta were taken to their native villages of Pali and Jabalpur in Madhya Pradesh.
