Sagar Accident: Two people died in a tragic accident in Sagar. The deceased are uncle and nephew. Their bike was hit by a speeding auto. Uncle died on the spot while the nephew died during treatment.
According to the information, the accident took place on Thursday night in front of Paradise Hotel located in Makronia, a suburb of Sagar city. A speeding auto rickshaw hit a bike fiercely. Police said that late Thursday night, Ajay father Govind Singh Thakur (26) resident of Khamkheda was coming from Baheria Tigadda to Makronia on a bike with his nephew Vikas alias Om father Veer Singh Thakur (19) resident of Achalpur. Then the bike collided with an auto (loading auto rickshaw) coming from the front near Hotel Paradise. The collision was so severe that the auto overturned on the road. Ajay Thakur died on the spot in the accident, while nephew Vikas Thakur was seriously injured. He died during treatment in the hospital. The police have registered the case.
