New Delhi: NEET, constable recruitment in UP or teacher recruitment exam in Bihar, these three papers were leaked. When the police started investigating, only one name came up: Sanjeev alias Mukhia. According to the police, Sanjeev, who lives in Nalanda in Bihar, has a network across the country. No matter where the paper breaks out, Sanjeev’s connection with it is sure to be found.

Sanjeev first tried to leak the NEET paper in 2016. After that Uttarakhand police arrested him. He got out on bail and the police never caught him after that. Sanjeev’s doctor son Shivakumar is also included in the paper leak gang. He has experts who can open paper boxes without breaking the seal. Shivakumar is currently in police custody.

Claim of NEET Paper Cracking in Bihar, Govt Denies
Amid allegations of irregularities in the NEET exam, the biggest question is whether his paper was leaked. Three days later on June 16, the Education Minister admitted the irregularities for the first time while talking to the news agency ANI. He said, ‘Some irregularities have come to light in two places regarding NEET. I assure the students that the government has taken this seriously. NTA officials will not be spared if found guilty.

The FIR registered in Patna clearly shows that the paper leaking gang had already received the NEET questions. In Patna, the students were made to stop at one place and memorize the answers to the questions. At the same time an examination center was started in Godhra itself. The accused charged candidates up to Rs 10 lakh for writing their answers.

Apart from NEET investigated the pattern of paper leaks in the two major exams that preceded it, the police recruitment exam in UP and the teacher recruitment exam in Bihar. It found three things in common.

1. From leaking papers to dealing money with students, the pattern is same. There are some names common among all the paper cracked papers of all the three exams.
2. In all these three cases, the paper has been exposed during transportation.
3. Besides taking advance money from the students, the gang took away their mark sheets, Aadhaar card, PAN card, check book and other documents. As soon as I got the paper, I took it to the safe house and memorized the answers at night.
